For many “eating clean” has its hurdles. Understanding that the first step to a healthy body and healthy mind is that its’s not a diet, but a lifestyle. As a fitness lover and architect, two things that typically don’t go hand in hand, we’ll discuss nutrition, quick tips in the kitchen, and way to shift our mindset to make eating clean less of a sacrifice and more of a joy. – Nora Fadil
